Creativity, Innovation, & Copyright

JK Rowling & Warner Bros. are living in the early 20th century. To attack a blogger turned book author on the grounds that they make a compendium to the Potter series is downright dangerous.

Imagine if BASF (We don't make a lot of the products you buy; we make a lot of the products you buy better!) had to pay royalties for their innovations.

Imagine if art critics or historians had to pay the artists or their estates if they wanted to comment on their artwork.

Rubbish.
