Hello, my name is Bryan, and I'm a 21st century librarian.

"What's that?" you ask. Librarians in the 21st century are precisionists. They use their skills to access, organize, store, and disseminate information in a world that is information intensive. They are part Swiss Army Knife, ninja, and teacher. They help your organization & community build upon the rich knowledge that is present, and they ensure the knowledge will be there for you & generations thereafter.

As a director within SC search consultants, I currently lead the research and knowledge management functions for a well-respected, executive search firm. Together with team of dedicated associates, we provide best-in-class candidate sourcing strategies and techniques. Additionally, I facilitate knowledge acquisition and growth through the development and implementation of information systems. I received my Master of Library and Information Science degree from Kent State University, and I received Bachelor of Arts degrees in history of art and Italian from The Ohio State University. I like to read and write about art, libraries, innovation, and copyright. I am married with three beautiful daughters, and we live in the historic neighborhood of Clintonville, Ohio.
